First Cash is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our pawn store locations nationwide in Washington. The role blends customer service with financing activities, greeting customers, processing sales and loan transactions, and working with jewelry and general merchandise.
Hourly pay ranges from $17.13 to $18.22 with an easily achievable commission on every transaction and potential to earn up to 8% on transactions, averaging extra hourly earnings. Reports to Store Manager.
