Traveling Retail Merchandiser

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a Traveling Retail Merchandiser to support our Retail Operations team in executing in-store merchandising for leading retailers. In this role, you'll travel to assigned locations to implement planograms, set displays, verify pricing, and ensure excellent product presentation. You will collect in-store data, monitor inventory, and partner with store teams to drive sales. Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned retail locations to execute merchandising plans for The Retail Odyssey Company clients
• Implement planograms and product layouts to optimize shelf presence and sales
• Ensure product compliance, accurate pricing, and proper signage
• Monitor inventory levels, identify out-of-stocks, and communicate needs to store teams
• Capture data, photos, and reports using company systems and tools
• Build strong relationships with store management and staff
• Maintain merchandising standards, cleanliness, and brand guidelines
• Plan efficient travel routes and manage time across multiple store visits
• Support new product launches, resets, and promotional displays
• Collaborate with Retail Operations to share insights and improvement opportunities
