Inside Sales Representative (Building Materials) – Tacoma, WA

A growing building materials supplier in the Tacoma area is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support contractors and business customers. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who wants strong base pay, uncapped commission, and long-term growth.

• Pay:
  Base salary + unlimited uncapped commission
• Typical annual earnings: $48,000 – $80,000+
• Contract-to-Hire

• Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone and in person
• Generate sales through inbound inquiries and proactive outbound outreach
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure accurate data entry
• Follow up on open quotes to close sales
• Coordinate with internal teams to support timely deliveries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers

• 1+ year of experience in sales, inside sales, or customer service
• Experience in construction & building materials strongly preferred
• Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
