We are intentionally open to one of two background profiles:

In both cases, the ideal candidate is comfortable translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences and thrives in long-cycle, trust-based sales environments. Proposal development is supported by our estimating team, and all pipeline activity is managed in Salesforce.

Proposal & Preconstruction Coordination
  • Collaborate with estimators, engineers, and permitting teams to develop scopes, pricing, and proposal strategies.
  • Prepare clear, compelling proposal packages aligned with client priorities and decision processes.
  • Present proposals to owners, boards, and committees as needed.
  • Maintain accurate opportunities, notes, follow‑ups, and forecasts in Salesforce.
