Account Executive – Rockville, MD
Compensation: $48,000 – $60,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions.
Position Type:
Full Time, Regular, Salaried.
- Learn the broadcast and digital marketing products available through iHeart.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities via in‑person client meetings, research, and consistent daily cold‑calling.
- Cultivate existing business using the full suite of products.
- Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and create effective marketing campaigns.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations powered by data to meet client expectations.
- Self‑motivated with a “go‑getter” attitude.
- Excellent relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and persuasive communication skills.
- Goal‑oriented and a strong negotiator with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfortable with cold‑calling and lead generation.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a vehicle.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
- Digital/Media sales experience is a plus.
