What You’ll Earn- $60,000–$150,000 annual earning potential
- Compensation Highlights:
- 30% commission with a $200 minimum per unit (after pack), up to $4,000 per unit sold
- $500 minimum commission once 10 sales are reached in a month (retroactive to first unit)
- Additional spiffs and bonuses based on performance

- Engage customers in-store, online, and over the phone
- Match customers with Volkswagen vehicles that fit their needs
- Clearly explain features, value, and ownership benefits
- Maintain consistent follow-up on leads and appointments
- Build long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Goal-oriented and consistent work ethic
- Comfortable following a structured sales process
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions daily
- Retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred
This is a performance-driven role requiring:
- Daily follow-up activity
- Comfort working with internet + showroom traffic
- Consistency in process execution
- Willingness to be coached and improve

Requirements- High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
- Effective communication skills
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Basic mathematical aptitude
- Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
- Clean driving record, with valid driver license.
- Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.
