Sales – Residential Territory Manager

Sierra Pacific Industries is seeking a qualified Sales – Residential Territory Manager to sell windows and doors to customers in the Seattle Metro area.

The successful candidate will act as a factory‑direct sales representative for wood/clad window and door products, preparing and delivering timely quotes, building and maintaining business relationships, and creating a solid customer base.

• Sell factory direct wood/clad window and door products
• Prepare and deliver timely quotes
• Build and maintain business relationships
• Create and maintain a solid customer base
• Identify potential customers
• Know territory construction activity
• Cold‑call effectively
• Help customers identify their needs
• Meet or exceed customers’ expectations

• 2 years sales experience required; prior construction and window sales experience a plus
• Working knowledge of residential construction practices preferred
• Window and door product knowledge a plus
• Construction industry knowledge preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer and math skills
• Attention to detail, organized, and self‑motivated
• Must thrive in a competitive environment
• Applicants must live in the commutable Seattle Metro area

Wage: $24,000 per year plus a scaled percentage of sales volume and gross profit bonus.
