We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Washington, USA. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the Indian market. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment where you will utilize your sales skills and knowledge of the Indian market to drive business growth.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in the Indian market
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and partners in India
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends in the Indian market
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure new contracts
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager preferably in the Indian market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus
- Strong understanding of cultural differences between India and the USA
- Ability to travel frequently within India for client meetings; visa sponsorship provided
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
- Competitive salary of 1700$ per month
