Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the pipeline of qualified opportunities for branding and marketing services — from prospecting to proposal to pitch.
- Proactively generate and qualify leads across key sectors – with a focus on real estate (e.g., multifamily, mixed-use, office) and hospitality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft proposals that win and inspire.
- Maintain and report on the group’s Hub Spot pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking and forecasting.
- Be the front line at industry events and conferences as a key representative of the company brand and voice.
- Work closely with Leadership, Chief Growth Officer, and Head of Sales to define and execute company growth strategy.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and business development; real estate industry experience and network strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of branding, marketing, and creative services.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Hub Spot (or similar CRM) experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
