This is an in-home sales role focused on helping homeowners find the right HVAC solutions for their needs, comfort goals, and budget. You'll run company-provided appointments, educate customers, present options, and guide them confidently through the buying process.

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations
• Evaluate comfort concerns, system performance, and replacement needs
• Present customized HVAC system solutions
• Educate customers on efficiency, comfort, and financing options

• Maintain strong closing ratios and sales performance metrics

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• In-home sales experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to close consistently
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
