Are you passionate about connecting with customers and inspiring them with beautiful furniture and home décor? Scandinavian Designs is looking for enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our dynamic and expanding team!

- Provide exceptional customer service with a consultative approach
- Maximize sales growth in a commission-based environment
- Process sales transactions, schedule deliveries, and handle after-sale service
- Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom
- Become an expert in our products and services through training
- Assist with store opening/closing procedures and support warehouse/delivery teams
- 6 months to 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience encouraged
- Excellent communication and professional sales presentation skills
- Available to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and use hand tools for assemblies
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in interior design or consulting is a plus
Location: 2502 South 48th Street, Tacoma, WA
Position: Non-Exempt/Hourly
Job Type: Full-time/Permanent
Training Wage:$17.13/hr - $18/hr for three months! Paid Bi-weekly!
Post Training Wage:Continuous base pay of $17.13/hr
PLUS
uncapped commission!
