Thermal Supply Inc., a Daikin Comfort Technology Company in the Pacific Northwest, is looking for a skilled individual for our CSR/Inside Sales position at our Fife, WA location. The CSR/Inside Sales Representative will sell our products and services for prospective and established customers, ensuring a smooth and quick sales process. They will collaborate with the Regional Manager or Branch Manager to drive territory coverage and maintain positive dealer relationships. Responsibilities include maintaining accounts through active communication, providing excellent customer service, executing sales functions, recommending alternate products, coordinating with various departments, generating new and repeat sales, educating customers about products, providing accurate information regarding availability, assisting with warranties and returns, resolving problems, reaching out to customers to determine satisfaction, maintaining records, expanding knowledge of HVAC products, working positively with all levels of management and peers, understanding and following work instructions, and participating in additional projects to support business needs.

Knowledge of HVAC equipment/products is preferred, along with general Microsoft Office skills and effective customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have 1 – 3 years of progressive sales experience, a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and the ability to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
