First Cash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate for pawn store locations nationwide. Hourly range: $17.13–$18.22, plus an easily achievable commission on every transaction, with potential to earn up to 8% on transactions and an additional average $2.77 per hour on top of base pay.
Reports to Store Manager. You will greet customers, process sales and loan activity, handle inventory, and work with jewelry and general merchandise while delivering exceptional customer service
