We are recruiting a high‑impact Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow a strategically important territory across Oregon and Washington . This is a true territory‑building role — ideal for a seller who thrives on creating activity, developing greenfield enterprise accounts, and expanding complex relationships inside large organizations.

You’ll operate as a proactive hunter , building pipeline from limited starting points, driving partner engagement, and creating momentum long before revenue is visible. If you excel in ambiguous environments, stay disciplined when results take time, and know how to build trust across technical and business stakeholders, this role will feel like home.

Own the PNW territory strategy across Oregon and Washington

Build and execute a 90‑day territory attack plan focused on prioritization, partner engagement, discovery, and pipeline creation

Develop new enterprise relationships across retail, ecommerce, technology, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and other complex verticals

Personally generate prospecting activity through research, executive mapping, partner collaboration, events, referrals, and direct outreach

Build strong relationships with partner account teams while maintaining full ownership of the sales motion

Work closely with Sales Engineering to connect technical use cases to business outcomes

Expand engagement inside a major F100 retail account across infrastructure, network, ecommerce, SRE, security, and operations teams

Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, account plans, weekly activity visibility, and pipeline inspection

Consistently call high and wide across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders

Adjust territory strategy based on activity results, customer feedback, partner intelligence, and pipeline conversion

Travel regularly within the PNW region for customer meetings, partner visits, events, and territory development

You’re a territory builder , not a territory manager. You:

Create sales activity instead of waiting for inbound or partner‑sourced leads

Build trust with partners while owning the customer strategy

Operate confidently in long enterprise sales cycles

Stay disciplined when early activity doesn’t immediately convert

Take coaching well and adjust quickly

Enjoy building something from scratch

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Proven ability to build pipeline in greenfield or underdeveloped territories

Strong track record of quota achievement and territory growth

Experience selling into large, complex enterprise accounts with multi‑threaded buying groups

Ability to independently manage and grow complex accounts

Demonstrated ability to source, pursue, and close new business

Must be based in Seattle
