Responsibilities
Maintain a secure environment by protecting company property, employees, and visitors.
Monitor for signs of suspicious activity and respond appropriately.
Document and report unusual or suspicious incidents in detail.
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, premises and surrounding areas.
Control access to facilities, including monitoring entry points and vehicle gates.
Provide assistance in emergencies, including first aid or CPR when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven customer service experience.
Valid Driver’s License (required).
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Competent in using mobile devices and computers for reports and logs.
Unquestionable integrity and professionalism.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in security or customer service.
Must be able to obtain a security guard license from WA DOL (No
Criminal Record)
