Casino Security Team - Ace's Poker Lakewood

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20 per hour DOE

• Provide great service and build relationships with our customers.
• Security specialists are the first to greet customers when they arrive, as well as thank them for their business on the way out.
• Prepared for and efficiently respond to any incidents that occur on the property premises, always following established policies and procedures.
• Patrol company property and protect assets.
• Assist poker games and cage with gaming chip fills following all policies and procedures.
• Document and effectively write reports on all incidents.
• Respond to and handle emergencies using established policies and safety procedures.
• Participate in team member and customer escort duties as needed.
• Performs cleanliness duties in and around buildings, including bathrooms.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Military/Law enforcement background experience preferred.
• 2-3 years of security experience preferred.
• Certified in CPR/First Aid and/or EMT preferred.

• Ability to read and comprehend all documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all times, with all levels of employees and guests.
