Location & Shift Availability
Work Area:
King and Pierce counties.
Hours:
Day shift, Swing Shift, Nights, Hybrid – Weekends Required. Flex Security Officer:
All Shifts.
- 21+
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Flex Security Officer (All Shifts).
Required Traits & Responsibilities- Ability to work any shift on any day
- Ability to work weekends/holidays
- Ability to provide coverage for scheduled vacation time
- Ability to provide coverage to a variety of sites
- Security experience
24-36 hours per week.
Responsibilities- Conduct mobile patrols via foot patrol or motor vehicle
- Serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activity
- Provide superior customer care and empathy to all individuals
- Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports
- Respond to security incidents and suspicious activities
- Current Security License
- Clean driving record and Driver’s License
- Attention to detail and superior integrity
- Effective communication skills
- Passion for creating a safe environment
- Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short and Long Term Disability, PTO, Vacation, and Sick Time
