Pay Rate: $22.95 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 07:25 AM - 04:25 PM
• Tue 06:30 AM - 04:30 PM
• Fri 06:30 AM - 04:30 PM

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public while carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at government facilities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and surrounding perimeters to help identify and report unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor screening, sign‑in procedures, and directions in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

• At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
