Responsibilities

* Travel to customer locations in a company-provided mobile service van

* Perform a wide range of mechanical repairs including engine diagnostics, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and electrical work

* Diagnose and repair gas and diesel vehicles, including trucks and light-duty commercial units

* Complete scheduled maintenance, manufacturer recalls, and customer concerns on site

* Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to keep work moving efficiently

* Document repairs accurately and keep customers informed throughout the process

* Maintain the mobile service vehicle and ensure it reflects professional standards

Qualifications

* A true jack-of-all-trades technician with strong diagnostic, electrical, engine, drivability and brake experience

* Five or more years of hands-on experience in a dealership or independent shop

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

* Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently

* Comfortable using diagnostic software, tablets, and digital repair orders

* Able to work outdoors and adapt to changing weather conditions when required
