HVAC Install Tech Pay: $40–$50 per hour (depending on experience) + Bonus Opportunities

We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Install Expert to join our team of professionals that care more—about quality work, our customers, and each other. At Harts, you’ll showcase your skills, lead customers to peace of mind, and be rewarded for your craftsmanship and dedication.

What You’ll Do:

Install, replace, and start up residential HVAC systems with precision and care Deliver a world-class experience using the Harts Service Process Ensure all work meets local codes and company safety standards

Collaborate with team members and support apprentices as needed

Keep accurate records of installations and materials

What You Bring:

EPA Certification preferred — if you don’t have it, we’ll help you obtain it within 90 days3+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills

A commitment to doing the job right the first time Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
