Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Millwrights for projects located in the Tacoma, WA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $26-40/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

* Repair, diagnose, and troubleshoot machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance

* Disassemble and reassemble machinery, including conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pulleys, and other mechanical systems

* Perform installations and modifications of industrial equipment as needed

* Work with precision tools and follow safety protocols to complete tasks with accuracy and efficiency

* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Millwright, Mechanic, or in a similar industrial role

* Comfortable working with conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pulleys, and related mechanical systems

* Experience using precision tools for measurement and repairs

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
