Service Technician

We’re looking for a Service Technician to perform regular maintenance, filter changes, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment, including package gas and electric systems, heat pumps, air conditioners, hydronic systems, and related components.

• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency services for HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs to ensure system reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Document service actions and communicate with team members and customers.

• Commitment to safety and quality – prioritize a safety‑first mentality and craftsmanship.
• Detailed communication and partnership – keep teams and customers informed and build trust.
• A ‘no problem’ service mentality – proactively resolve issues and demonstrate problem‑solving ability.

• Track record delivering high‑quality service in the commercial HVAC industry.
• Expertise utilizing resources to tackle complex repairs.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and required trade licenses.

• Positive, can‑do attitude.
• Strong work ethic and adaptability.
• Initiative and self‑motivation.

$25–$70 per hour, paid according to the union wage scale. Benefits are managed by the union (see union partners for details). This is a union position.
