The primary responsibilities include:

• Follow the Mr. Rooter customer service system. Earn trust, diagnose residential plumbing problems, and present multiple options with up-front, flat-rate pricing for customer approval before starting any work. Personally complete every step of the process. Mr. Rooter Plumbing resolves 90% of calls in a single visit.
• Demonstrate technical excellence in service plumbing. Mr. Rooter does not perform new construction or heavy commercial work. Our focus is residential service with similar work for light commercial sites. Expect lots of fixtures, water heaters, leak repairs, water services, and re‑pipes.
• Train the next generation of the plumbing trade. Not all PL01s are assigned a full-time apprentice, however each one makes themselves available as a remote technical reference and hosts occasional ride‑alongs for trainees collecting hours toward their own PL04, PL02, or PL01 license.

The WA Licensed Plumber will join a supportive team working for a Branch Manager who has served ter for 9 or more years and a head of operations with 23 years at our company.
