What You’ll Do:- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Complete whole-home system inspections
- Present multi-option service proposals to customers
- Follow up to ensure clarity and satisfaction
- Collaborate with install coordinators, dispatch, and customer service
- Maintain a clean, safe company vehicle and equipment
- Meet and exceed sales, revenue, and service KPIs
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (6:30am–6:00pm, schedule varies)
- $35–$40/hr + 2% commission on sales and service work
- No weekend work
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance

- 2+ years HVAC service experience
