Responsibilities
- Operate a crane safely and efficiently, lifting heavy materials and equipment on construction sites in Washington.
- Knowledge of rigging techniques, load weight limits, and proper use of hand signals.
- Ability to read and understand construction plans and have excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Previous experience operating cranes preferred but not required.
- Willingness to train candidates with no prior experience.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Salary starts at $900 per week with potential for overtime pay.
- Full‑time position with benefits including accommodation for out‑of‑town workers.
- Urgent need for qualified operators.
- Nepali or English speaking preferred but not required.
