Experience Finish Carpenter

Responsibilities
  • Install trim, baseboards, crown molding, cabinetry, doors, and other finish carpentry elements.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
  • Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in customers’ homes.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other trades to meet deadlines.
  • Run point on a small crew when assigned to larger‑scale projects.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues on‑site with minimal supervision.
  • Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting project deadlines.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of finish carpentry experience.
  • Must be fully equipped with tools to perform daily tasks.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and finish standards.
  • Ability to lead and mentor other field technicians when needed.
  • Experience in restoration and general contracting environments.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
