Residential Painter Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, filling holes, and applying primer.
- Mix paints to achieve desired color and consistency.
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
- Protect surrounding areas from paint splatters or spills.
- Clean up work area after completing job.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Ensure high‑quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Proven experience as a residential painter.
- Knowledge of painting techniques, color mixing, and surface preparation.
- Physical stamina and strength for standing, bending, lifting, and climbing ladders for extended periods of time.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
$1000 per month
