Currently looking to hire for a Maintenance Technician
. We are looking for hardworking, reliable, trustworthy candidates to work in the Property Management Industry!
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate the time and extent of repairs.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance.
- Maintain material and supply inventory.
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.

- Prepare and Complete Service Request
