The Maintenance Technician at Puyallup Tribe of Indians HUD Housing oversees carpentry, plumbing, painting, and grounds maintenance across Tribal Housing sites in Tacoma. You will perform repairs, mowing, cleaning, pressure washing, and basic unit upkeep as assigned.
Requires a 1-year certificate and at least three years of related experience; valid driver's license; ability to read repair manuals and complete work orders; teamwork and after-hours availability.
