Freedom Boat Club in Tacoma, WA is hiring a Field/Shop Technician to maintain and repair our fleet of over 170 boats across multiple locations. The role combines travel in summer with shop work in winter, performing gelcoat, fiberglass, and engine diagnostics to keep boats in top condition.
The position is full-time, 8:00am–4:30pm with overtime potential. Valid driver’s license, basic boat systems knowledge, and strong communication are essential for excellent customer service and safe
