What We're Looking For:

Our ideal candidates are dependable, positive, and take pride in producing high-quality work. Lead Carpenter candidates should have extensive residential remodeling experience and be comfortable managing projects from start to finish.

Experience in the following is highly valued:

• Residential additions
• Framing
• Drywall
• Tile
• Flooring
• Counter top installation (granite/quartz experience is a plus)
• General remodeling from demolition through final punch

Requirements:

• At least 3 years Lead Carpenter experience
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance coverage
• Reliable personal vehicle and has own tools
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  
  Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Leadership experience is a plus for Lead Carpenter positions
• On-the-job training
• Paid time off
