Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues with expertise and efficiency
Provide customers with clear, customized options to meet their needs and budgets
Build strong relationships with homeowners through trust, education, and professionalism

Communicate with dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and job execution
Deliver 5-star service —every customer, every time
What You'll Get:Earning Potential:
Pay range of $90,000 - $200,000. This is a full commission role - our top techs earn up to $200,000+ OTE!

Weekly Pay:
Because you work hard, and we pay fast
3+ years of Residential Service/Sales Experience (PL02) – including creating estimates for repairs and upgrades
Valid PL01/PL02 license with WA L&I
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., work in tight spaces, and handle gas lines/chemicals safely
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
Expert-level knowledge of plumbing codes, safety practices, and tools
Must live within 30 miles of Tacoma for efficient dispatching
