Carpenter - Residential Construction

We are a rapidly growing residential construction company based in Washington seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter you will be responsible for building and repairing structures and fixtures including doors, cabinets and furniture. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and excellent carpentry skills.

Location:

Washington. Open to all nationalities.

Salary: $1100 per month.

• Measure and cut materials to specifications
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floors and trim
• Read blueprints and follow building plans
• Repair or replace damaged or defective parts
• Inspect work for accuracy and quality control
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
• Work collaboratively with other team members on projects

• High school diploma or equivalent required, trade school or apprenticeship preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in carpentry in residential construction
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods as well as safety protocols
• Ability to read blueprints and follow building plans accurately
• Must have own basic tools, company will provide specialized equipment if needed
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions and environments
