HVAC Service Technician
Position Overview:
Running Service and Maintenance calls on residential and light commercial equipment. We offer full-time, year-round work, company paid training to obtain and maintain industry certification including NATES and Electrical Trainee instruction and certified hours for a 06A/B License.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour + Spiffs
Hours: Monday through Friday | 7:30am to 5:30pm | occasional overtime

- Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Respond to scheduled service calls and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and annual system inspections
- Advise homeowners on indoor air quality products and solutions
- Explain repair recommendations and replacement options to customers
- Deliver professional, customer-focused service on every job
- Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and construction blueprints
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience servicing HVAC systems
- Universal EPA Certification
- Current electrical trainee card with documented training hours
- 06A or 06B Electrical License - Desired
- Skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
- Familiar with standard sheet metal fabrication and installation techniques
- Understanding of air balancing methods and airflow optimization
- Working knowledge of local city and county mechanical and installation codes
- Certification of completion from trade school - desired
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving history
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
