General Laborer

Hire Quest is excited to announce the opening of our new Tacoma branch, and we are currently building our workforce for a variety of general labor assignments throughout Tacoma, Puyallup, and Sumner.

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are ready to work and comfortable performing physical labor in a variety of jobsite environments.

• Loading and unloading materials
• Assisting with fence installation
• Moving and lifting construction materials
• Lifting and handling concrete bags
• Assisting with concrete pouring
• Jobsite cleanup and general site support
• Other general labor duties as assigned

Because we work with multiple clients, assignments, schedules, and job duties may vary.

• Must be able to safely lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must be able to perform physical labor for shifts up to 8 hours.
• Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors depending on the assignment.
• Must arrive on time and be dependable.
• Must follow all jobsite safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Full PPE is required for these assignments.
• Reliable transportation to jobsites in Tacoma, Puyallup, Sumner, and surrounding areas is strongly recommended.
