• Perform thorough inspections of pre‑owned vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic concerns.
• Use advanced diagnostic skills to efficiently identify and resolve issues.
• Complete necessary repairs and maintenance to bring vehicles to front‑line‑ready condition.
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet reconditioning timelines and inventory goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, services, and inspections.
• Adhere to all safety standards, dealership policies, and manufacturer guidelines.

• Proven automotive technician experience is required.
• (Used vehicle reconditioning experience strongly preferred).
• Solid understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Corporate hiring requirements: 18 years or older with a clean driving record, a valid driver's license, the ability to pass a criminal background check, and a drug screen.
