Fuse aluminum, steel and stainless parts together using MIG, TIG and stick welding process. Perform all types of weld joints in all positions. Interpret drawings for welding requirements and design and build fixtures. Build multi-piece structures of difficult complexity by measuring and locating parts, clamping parts in location and welding per print. Maintain and repair welding electrodes and gas for MIG and TIG welding.

Make minor adjustments and operate the Robotic Welding Machine. Comply with all safety regulations.

MIG, TIG and stick welder, robotic welder, brazing torches, cutting torches, air arc cutting torch, jib crane and fork lift.

• Experience with MIG and TIG welding
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to read blue prints, drawings, calipers and tape measures
• Ability to consistently produce quality products
• Must be reliable
• Ability to stand continuously for long periods of time
• Willing to work 40 + hours per week including Saturday
