We are seeking a self-motivated, skilled Industrial Fleet Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Cashmere, WA. In this hands‑on role, you will oversee the troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, and ongoing preventative maintenance of heavy industrial equipment, plant machinery, concrete batching systems, and our fleet of diesel and gas vehicles.

Industrial & Plant Equipment Repair:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair conveyors, electric motors, industrial pumps, hydraulic systems, large cranes, aerial platform lifts, and concrete batching equipment.

Fleet & Vehicle Maintenance:
Maintain and service industrial vehicles (diesel and gas‑powered), domestic service trucks, and heavy plant equipment.

Material & Equipment Logistics:
Drive work trucks with car trailers to transport equipment and pick up supplies; safely strap down and secure heavy loads.

Inventory & Facility Upkeep:
Track tools, test operational equipment, manage the facility inventory warehouse, and generate purchase orders using basic computer systems.

Safety & Compliance:
Maintain a strong focus on construction safety standards, proper tool handling, and personal protective equipment (PPE) compliance.

Experience:

3–5 years of mechanical experience in a heavy industrial, manufacturing, or commercial construction environment (maintaining diesel/gas vehicles and plant machinery).

Technical

Skills:

Advanced knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical systems, basic high/low voltage electrical systems, and diagnostic tools. Welding experience is strongly preferred.

Logistics & Equipment Operation:
Proven ability to operate forklifts and aerial platform lifts, drive with car trailers, and back up trailers safely.

Warehousing & Computer

Skills:

2+ years of warehouse/inventory tracking experience and basic computer proficiency.

Physical Capability:
Ability to lift up to 51 lbs, work outdoors year‑round in varying weather conditions, and move/stand for 8–12 hour daily shifts.

Licensing &

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required. Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Pay Range: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour (DOE) + bonus opportunities

Schedule:

Full‑time, Monday through Friday (typically 8–12 hours/day)
