Industrial Maintenance Technician
, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the equipment that supports our manufacturing operations. Working alongside a skilled maintenance and operations team, you'll help ensure our plant runs safely, efficiently, and reliably.

• Hourly wage of $25.85/hr to $30.62/hr (based on skills, experience and education)
• Full-time position with guaranteed hours for job stability
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM for 90 days then 10:00am-6:30pm for permanent shift.

As a
Industrial Maintenance Technician
, you’ll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape.
Your day-to-day:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment failures to minimize operational downtime
• Install new machinery and equipment, ensuring proper alignment, calibration, and functionality
• Inspect and test production equipment to identify wear, defects, or potential failures
• Dismantle, repair, rebuild, and reassemble equipment as required
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, spare parts inventories, and repair documentation
• Assist in training production personnel on proper equipment operation and basic preventive maintenance practices
• Support compliance with all company safety policies and regulatory requirements
• Utilize welding, fabrication, machining, and other maintenance skills to repair or create components when needed

• Experience in a manufacturing or large industrial maintenance environment required
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair experience
• Working knowledge of PLC systems (troubleshooting and basic diagnostics preferred)
• Experience using SAP or similar maintenance management systems
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manuals
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with operations teams
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
