As a Recreation Assistant you will lead group and independent activities for the resident population. You will assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to plan and lead groups
• Ability to multi‑task and plan for individual needs

• Experience with in a skilled nursing environment or working with elderly population
• Experience in activity programming
• Experience with dementia care or long‑term care
