- Track Progress & Maintain Documentation
- Engage in Crisis Intervention
- Collaborate with Partners
- Advocate for Participants
- Support Program Development
- Prior experience in case management, social work, re-entry services, or a related field
- Deeply committed to the dignity, rights, and empowerment of justice-involved individuals
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple caseloads while maintaining empathy and professionalism
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with Washington, D.C.
-based resources and systems relevant to returning citizens - Trauma-informed and culturally responsive in your approach to client engagement
- Comfortable using case management databases and common software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
