The Residential Coordinator is an entry level leadership position, responsible for providing assistance and support to clients to live meaningful lives in their communities. You will help clients learn and grow with an outcome of assisting individuals to reach their fullest potential of independence.
Responsibilities:- Assisting with schedule writing
- Quality assurance
- Cleaning
- Attend medical appointments

Qualifications:- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Clear criminal history and pass a background check
- At least 18 years old
- Current NAR
- Current 75‑hour certification (Long‑Term Care Worker) or exemption letter
- At least one year experience working in a residential setting with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities
Certifications:
- Current CPR/First Aid license within 30 days of being hired
- Current driver license, car, and car insurance
- CNA/HCA/NAC or at least 5 years of experience
