The YMCA of Greater Seattle is hiring for a Social Impact Center Case Manager in Tacoma to support low-income youth and young adults. You will assist with education, employment readiness, housing, and related services while building strong relationships with participants and partners.
You will develop individualized plans, navigate contracts, maintain documentation, and teach life skills in group or one-on-one settings. A valid first aid/CPR and HIV training are required.
