Tacoma Rescue Mission (TRM) is seeking an Outreach Worker to engage people experiencing homelessness in Pierce County, assess needs, and connect them to housing resources, CE, and supportive services. The role requires community outreach, documentation, van operation, and collaboration with partners.
Must be able to navigate service systems and maintain professional boundaries. The position includes remote outreach across the community, with a Monday–Thursday schedule and Downtown Tacoma
