• Active Social Worker (SW) license with a School Social Worker endorsement (#071) required
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong understanding of child development, crisis intervention, and behavioral management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and work effectively within diverse school communities

• Conduct individual and group sessions to support students’ emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create and implement intervention plans
• Assist in crisis situations, providing immediate support and appropriate referrals
• Promote social and emotional learning through development and delivery of targeted programs
• Maintain detailed, confidential student records and documentation as required by school policies
