The role delivers direct services to unhoused individuals, performs needs assessments, and connects clients to housing, health, and social services. You will work in encampments, provide crisis intervention, and coordinate with partners to ensure shelter access when appropriate.
Position is full-time, in-person, with a fixed schedule (7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.), Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday.
