Delivery Helper – Gypsum Management and Supply
Position Summary:
The primary functions of the Delivery Helper are to load, locate job sites, back up, prepare and restore the job site, and prepare the truck for the following day while maintaining the truck and equipment.
- Compliance – adhere to company, state, and federal guidelines, including OSHA and DOT safety; perform pre‑trip inspections of equipment, paperwork, and loaded product to ensure accuracy of orders; safely unload product to assigned areas; secure mud, equipment, metal, and pallets on truck; navigate routes to job sites.
- Physical duties – lift at least 75 lbs; remain standing 90% of the time; move materials that comeback as up to 100 lbs; work outdoors; communicate accurately with management and coworkers.
- Equipment & site maintenance – load/unload materials from trucks and job sites; back up trucks; prepare and restore job sites; maintain trucks and equipment for the next day.
- Ability to read, write and communicate information accurately.
- Stamina to lift at least 75 lbs in order to carry drywall materials and joint compound.

Base salary: $0.00 to $25.00 per hour. Starting wage may vary based on position, location, education, training, and experience. Hourly associates may be eligible for overtime and performance‑based bonuses, commissions, car allowance, fuel program, and travel expense reimbursement.
