Class A Driver; Frederickson, WA

Position: Class A Driver (Frederickson, WA)
LeMay PCR, a Waste Connections company, is seeking a safety-conscious Class A CDL Driver to join our team in Frederickson, WA. This is a stable, full-time opportunity with competitive union pay, benefits, and long-term career growth.

Pay & Schedule

* Competitive hourly wages starting at $35.00-$35.50/hr

* Full-time 4x10 schedule (four 10-hour shifts) with a rotating day off, including a regular Saturday shift as part of the workweek, averaging 45 hours per week with overtime opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Operate a Class A tractor-trailer (manual transmission) on dedicated local routes

* Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, including checking fluids, tires, and safety equipment

* Maintain compliance with DOT safety regulations

* Provide courteous and professional customer service

* Perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly

* Climb in and out of the truck cab multiple times per day (40+ times)

* Opportunity for training on Roll-Off equipment

* Complete other job-related duties as assigned

Working Conditions and

Physical Requirements

* Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain, heat, and cold

* Exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, vibration, and moderate noise levels

* Frequent climbing, lifting, and physical activity required throughout the shift

* Must be able to safely perform all essential job functions

Minimum Requirements

* Valid Class A CDL (Commercial Driver's License)

* Minimum of 3 years of Class A commercial driving experience, preferably with 53' trailers

* Clean driving record in compliance with DOT regulation 49 CFR 383.51

* High School Diploma or GED

* Ability to perform physically demanding work without restriction

* Basic knowledge of truck components and inspections

* Strong safety mindset and customer service skills

* Ability to work in all weather conditions
