Pay & Schedule

* Pay: $30.00 - $35.50 per hour

* Schedule:

Monday-Friday with a start time between 6:00 AM and 6:30 AM.

Key Responsibilities

* Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer (manual transmission)

* Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safe operation

* Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards

* Provide professional and courteous customer service

* Complete routes and assignments in a safe and timely manner

* Handle physically active duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly

* Climb in and out of the truck cab throughout the day (40+ times)

* Perform additional duties as assigned

Work Environment

* Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain, heat, and cold

* Exposure to moving equipment, vibration, noise, dust, and other environmental elements

* Perform frequent, physically demanding tasks, including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs regularly

* Tarp and secure loads, requiring climbing onto trailers and handling heavy materials

* Repeatedly climb in and out of the truck cab and onto equipment (40+ times per day)

* Walk, stand, bend, twist, and reach throughout the entire shift

* Maintain constant awareness of surroundings in an active, high-traffic work environment

Minimum Qualifications

* Valid Class A CDL

* 3+ years of commercial driving experience (53' trailer experience preferred)

* Clean driving record in accordance with DOT 49 CFR 383.51

* High School Diploma or GED

* Ability to meet the physical demands of the role

* Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to perform inspections

* Strong safety awareness and attention to detail

* Solid communication and customer service skills
