Logistics Service Representative/Medical Driver

Location: Tacoma, WA

Pay: $20.00 - $21.70/hr – Full Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday 11:00 am - 7:30 pm

• Drive company‑owned vehicle to transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, x‑rays, hospital supplies, interoffice mail, and related materials.
• Load and unload vehicle with appropriate equipment.
• Operate hand‑held scanning device to track items.
• Observe operating policies, procedures, and service schedules.
• Demonstrate safe and courteous driving behavior.
• Conduct pre/post‑trip vehicle inspections and maintain a clean vehicle.
• Collaborate with teammates and clients; build and nurture Med Speed team culture.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant industry/driving experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Age 19+ with an active driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Excellent driving history.
• Familiarity with technology.
• Ability to pass routine drug & alcohol screening.
• Proof of COVID‑19 vaccination required per local mandates.
• Can lift up to 50 pounds and lift items from storage racks.
• Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods.
